What you love stays in your plan. We change proportions and frequency, not your taste.
Nutrition coach and yoga instructor
For ten years I have worked with women who want to change their weight and calm their days. My job is not to write you a diet. My job is to help you find what works for you and stays.

I started by walking the road I now help other people walk. For years I chased results through strict diets, and every time the same thing happened: the result arrived, and then it all came back.
Studying nutrition is what showed me the problem was never me. The problem was the approach. The body fights hunger, and willpower is a finite resource. That is why no strict plan survives for long.
Alongside that I was studying yoga and teaching it. That is where I saw how much breathing, sleep, and stress change the way we eat. Today those two bodies of knowledge work together in everything I build.
What you love stays in your plan. We change proportions and frequency, not your taste.
One habit a week. Small enough that you will actually do it, strong enough to see in three months.
If you have two minutes in the kitchen in the morning, the plan is built for two minutes. I do not use templates.
Your energy, your sleep, and how you feel in the evening matter as much as the number on the scale.
The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing. We simply get to know each other.
